A stunning nose of honey, but not an overtly sweet, honey, and citrus peel. Very complex, fresh and inviting. On the palate lovely notes of dried apricot, peach and lemon, finishing with amazing acidity and great purity. Still exhibiting a wonderful freshness despite its monumental sweet,ness, beautifully balanced and not a hint of cloying stickiness.
