Terms Of Sale
 You will be submitting an order for the products you indicate in the order form when you click on the place order button on the order page on the secure server. All orders will incorporate our terms of sale.
Reserved Right
 We reserve the right not to accept your order, in which case we will not have any further obligation to you. UK orders only
Age Restriction
 You must be over 18 to order from this site. We will not accept orders or deliver to persons under the age of 18 years.
Accepting Your Order
 We will notify you by email when your order is submitted to us. We will debit your account with the appropriate amount in full on accepting your order. We will be deemed not to have accepted your order until we have debited your account. Even if we accept your order, there will not be any agreement between us if you are under the age of 18 years at the time you submit your order. The sale of the products will occur at the place and the time that particular products are allocated to your order.
Delivery
 Delivery will be free within Aberdeen for one dozen bottles or more. Delivery within Aberdeen for orders under 12 bottles (one case) will be charged at cost. Outwith Aberdeen (UK only) deliveries will be charged at cost. We use a regional scale of charges according to geography: prices for deliveries within Scotland per case of 12 bottles can be viewed by clicking the delivery charges link. Remote Scottish Mainland (west of Great Glen/Loch Ness) and offshore islands to be charged at cost - quotable on request. Deliveries to England and Wales per case can be viewed by clicking the delivery charges link. Part cases will be charged at full case rate. Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order to a person who is over the age of 18 and who is authorized to take delivery. We will not dispatch the products until we have processed the payment. Delivery time may be affected by the time it takes to process your payment. Delivery is not available on public holidays. We may use an independent carrier to deliver your goods. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier so you can arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and you will be charged for it to be re-dispatched. We may deliver the products at any time during the day.
Increased Delivery Charges
 We may debit your account for more than the amount stated in the total cost to reflect any increase in the cost of the delivery of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any increase in the price will be fair, proportionate and subject to your approval (you will be contacted).
Product Shortages
 In the event that we are unable to complete an order due to unforeseen product shortages, a full refund will be provided if the payment has already been processed. If suitable alternatives are available we will contact you to offer substitutions.
Incomplete Orders (Product Shortages)
In the event that we are unable to complete a whole order we may accept part of your order, both in respect of the kinds of products ordered and the quantity of products ordered. The price will be reduced accordingly. Alternatively we may contact you to offer substitutions.
Prices
 Prices shown are per bottle/item including VAT. Prices and vintages are subject to alteration without prior notice. Availability of any wine cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Discounts
 In store discounts do not apply to online sales unless collecting from our Aberdeen store. Discount only applies when purchasing at our Aberdeen store or collecting an order from our Aberdeen store.
Sale or Return
 Is available on wines, beers and spirits. We will accept back one third of any product taken, subject to condition, at no charge. A 10% handling charge will apply to any further returns. Sale or return is only available to customers calling personally at our Aberdeen store.
Glass Loan
 We have Paris Goblets, Flutes and Beer glasses available at no charge to customers purchasing wine from us. These glasses must be returned clean and any breakage will be charged for at £1.50 per glass. Glass loan is only available to customers calling personally at our Aberdeen store.
Accounts
 Company and personal account facilities can be arranged. Please ask for details.
En Primeur
 We regularly buy direct from Bordeaux, and whilst we may not always publish en primeur offers, you are welcome to enquire what is available.
Wine Tastings
 We hold regular tastings to show off our favourite wines in the Aberdeen Art Gallery. Private tutored tastings can be arranged in the Aberdeen area please enquire.
